The reaction of PDP to the results coming in from the north shows that they allowed BOKO HARAM to thrive in the north based on their wickedly selfish political reasons. Watching as close to 20,000 Nigerians were slaughtered by their BOKO HARAM pawns. They expected the northerners not to put up a strong showing due to insurgency but they underestimated the will of the people.
20,000 people being slaughtered by their brothers and the could still pull 1million plus votes!! You have not told us what Boko Haram has been killing!!!

It's the other way round. First you must have a majority of the votes cast and then the spread must be 25% in at least two-thirds of the states of the federaTION (24)
