The same thing happened here in USA near the Mexico Border region... Last night... The eclipse was not so long ago and so the relative position of the moon in alignment between the earth and sun is making for some unusual light spread effects... Maybe its atmospeheric conditions related also to the suns massive electromagnetic energy release... It created some very unusual lights in the skies here in USA a few weeks ago...
