During the time PDP controlled the centre there were reports on how PDP starved many APC states of funds or approval for capital projects.

Even few times Jonathan went on to say state voters should vote PDP for smooth relationship and development in their states.

An important question here, will the SE/SS vote for a PDP Governor that has no Federal power to make things happen. I will believe APC is more matured than PDP to act same way.

It 'll be a difficult one to call in Rivers state. But using the result of the presidential election which was over rigged to judge will not be fair to the support Amaechi, Dakuku and APC has even in the camp of PDP.
One thing that caused the presidential result to go the way of pdp in River state is sympathy. Even apc member were voting for pdp but saying that they voted for other NAS members that is were the rigging was made glaring to all.
Come governorship election, all APC supporters will vote dakuku including pdp ppl that want rotation of power. Some will also want to vote so that their state will fall in line wit the ruling party since that is one of the campaign rhetorics of pdp in the state. Lets see how it goes.

I don't know about other states, but I know Imo and Rivers would retain APC.
