Following the declaration of Muhammadu Buhari of All Progressives Congress (APC) as Nigeria’s President-elect on Wednesday, April 1, 2015, a congratulatory advertorial for him has appeared in one of most popular Kenyan newspapers, The Star. The advert, which is place on Page 22 of today’s edition of the newspaper, was conceived and paid for by chairman of the East African Chapter of APC, Ikechukwu Arthur Anoke.
