Hello Nairlander's, I need clarification on a constitutional issue in relation to the current development regarding the Senate President seat. Am aware the constitution was clear on the fact that 2/3rd majority must represent the house as the leader. Hence, will the constitution allow the APC's should they choose to give the 2/3rd vote of the house to the PDP who happens to be the minority? Thanks |
