Elisha Attai is a media, communications and public relations practitioner. A strong advocate for the development and advancement of the African woman, he is the Chief Executive Officer of the African Women in Leadership Organisation (AWLO), the initiator and organizer of the African Women in Leadership Conference (AWLC).

He is the Managing Director/CEO of Studio 115 Integrated Services, a communication services, media and brand development consultancy and the organizing company for the annual West African Women in leadership Conference since 2009. Elisha’s proven track record in transforming brands for success has contributed to the growth and relevance of the Women Conference over the last five years. He is a Samsung International media Ambassador.

Elisha holds degrees in Music Technology and Accountancy with several years experience in music management, brand and business development and consultancy. Elisha is also the Content Producer for Africa Magic (MNET) with the popular CLICK AFRICA on Chanel 154, the most watched channel on the DSTV network and is constantly involved in repositioning the brand and enriching its content.

An indigene of Akwa Ibom State, Elisha is involved with several charitable organizations and is an active supporter and friend of LittleBigSouls, a charity for the care of premature babies born in Africa.

He has professional associations with a number of organizations such as the Nigeria British Chamber of Commerce, the Performing Musician Association of Nigeria (PMAN) and the South African Association of Culture and Tourism. He is a recipient of numerous awards within and outside the Continent.

His brainchild African Women in Leadership is organizing a 2-day Summit for African women . The focus of the African Women in Leadership Organization for 2015 is to empower African women to take up leadership roles and reach heights that once seemed impossible.

The theme of this year’s conference is: African Woman - Transcending The Globe, Breaking Barriers.

This year's edition holds on Thursday 7th - Friday 8th May 2015 at Sheraton Lagos Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria.
