So much blood;
drenched in its flood.
Steady like the rain;
sweet is its pain.

Though hard to believe;
there is so much pain.
Much better than to live;
so now I take my leave.

So much sadness;
slow cold madness.
As I reach for darkness;
now there is happiness.

My memories I take;
most bitter, few like cake.
A smile I fake;
as I drown in the deep dark lake.
