Facebook group and facebook page which one is better

Facebook pages is now becoming useless dis days.. Spammers are evry whr,, monitoring ur post,, n spamming evry post.. Which piss off actaul real users .. Coz as Admin,, u dnt have permission to stop or block any1 on ur page or post..

But in Fb group,, u manage ur members.. Options are there ,, no spamming...

I get u members 4 ur group... Thousands of ''real'' members if u'r ready to pay.. I do d adding in minutes..

Facebook pages should be used if all you want to do is to publicize a certain resource or products to your clients or audience. On the other hand, Facebook groups should be used for increased priviledges of your clients. I hope this is clear.
