The rate at which all and sundry is opening thread about unnecessary and irrelevant ethnic or tribal senseless issues is alarming.

For heaven sake,we just finished a tension soaked presidential election which prior to that was characterised by all kinds of ethnic hate speech,death wish,propanganda's upon propanganda's,war threat's and what have you.

Oba Akiolu goofed by the ill beffiting utterances he made as a royal father.

The deed has already been done,although one would have expected an apology from someone from the palace or atleast,make a light joke of it,thereby pouring cold water on already charged atmosphere.

Be that as it may,people shouldnt use the the Oba's speech as a leeway to instigate or incite any deregatory remark/comment/speech to any ethnic or tribal group.

Enough of the Igbos vs Yoruba or vice verca threads please.Its very childish and simply irrelevant.Nairaland moderators should stop tolerating and encouraging such threads.
