DAUGHTER OF EVE

Her love was soaked in lies
Her care an out pour of deceit
Wickedness stares from her eyes
As she walks about like a vamp.

On her lips flows words of death
Of promises fake like a mirage
From her undies to her aprons
A devilish pretense she wears.

Her daily meal is spiced with hatred
Blood of her victim quench her thirst
On her head was a sword woven
Striking mercilessly her true love.

In her heart resides a cave
Governed alone by the devil
Pumping hate to all her veins
And rancor to her arteries.

Deeply hidden within her smiles
Is a wish of swift annihilation
And a conscience dead as a wood
Unable to differ good from bad.

When the chicks came to roost
Fear of morrow heavy as a rock
Like a locust on a restless run
She seeks a love that's long lost.
