Have you been skipping meals for few weeks now, and have been diligently exercising for an hour at a time at least four days a week, and yet have not lost a single KG? This is a dilemma which affects dieters the world over. You may think that you are taking the steps necessary to lose fat, but nothing seems to be happening.
