But Mourinho commented on Sterling's contract saga. Chelsea may move for him in order to augment the team's English core. Remember that Ashley Cole, and Lampard left while Terry is old. Sterling may be seen as the young English replacement.

The answer to the question is as simple as the question. Forget about all the whole contract saga, sterling will not be leaving Liverpool this summer. Sterling has not lite up this season and needs to be consistent for 2-3 seasons more.



Just as Carragher rightly said, in Liverpool Sterling can play which ever role he likes but in those other big clubs he might not and will be competing for starting berth or become a bench warmer.



It will be a big dissapointment for him not to sign because Liverpool gave him the opportunity.

It's true... But you should know that it is his agent and advisers that are pushing him. From his statement, "I'm not a money grabbing 20 year old", I realize that he has no say in the matter.
