When they were deceiving him that he would have 90% of the votes where were you. When other Obinnas were saying he would get block votes from some parts of nigeria where were you Obinna? What is the importance of the PDP to GEJ? none at the moment.

..one of the conditions for GMB not to arrest GEJ is that Gej must allow APC to win all the states and to decamp on may 29th.

Jonathan is trying to save his head, not interested in whether PDP candidates win in the governorship election of Saturday.

Life after May 29 will be hard for Jonathan. While former leaders are known to live in their home towns, I doubt if he will live in Yenagoa or Otuoke. Port Harcourt could be where he will choose to stay.

President-elect General Muhammadu Buhari has hit the road again rooting for governorship and state assembly candidates of his party, the All Progressives Congress (APC).

The elections hold Saturday and Gen Buhari yesterday appealed to the electorate in Lagos and Imo states to vote for Mr Akinwunmi Ambode and Rochas Okorocha respectively.

Today Buhari will hold town hall meetings in Gombe, Adamawa and Bauchi states. He will meet with religious leaders, traditional rulers, youths, businessmen and women, pressure groups, among other stakeholders.

He will also visit other states considered to be battle grounds for the governorship election. The states include Rivers, Nasarawa, Abia, Delta and likely Benue.

The campaigns end mid night on Thursday, but there was little indication last night that President Goodluck Jonathan, whom Buhari defeated 11 days ago, was canvassing support for PDP candidates.

Jonathan’s spokesman, Reuben Abati and the president’s aide on public affairs, Doyin Okupe, neither answered phone calls made to them nor replied to a text message on the issue.

Jonathan is not that stupid , you think he is not so corrupt . The condition giving to him by Buhari when he met him at the state house is simple and straight forward . Not to interfere with the political scene till 29th may . The withdrawal of military from politicians, you think is joke, the Alison maduekwe visit to former president Abdulsaam , the helpless way Fayose has run to the courtto save himself instead of going to Abuja for help as usual , the ranting of Wike this afternoon on Tv . Gej is powerless for now it is noted and confirmed , the PDP governorship Aspirant are on their own , how many people do you see from the presidency campaining for any candidate . Even Mama peace has left wike to his fate .have u ever heard her campaigne for him since she returns , No . No more military to harrased the electorate , before u would hav heard PDP chapioning the use of the military and the police , but now the IG has given a sytern warning to the police to desist from poling unit . Well the table has changed , no more impunity .

Even GEJ is not deceived by the phantom results that came from the SS and SE. He must have suddenly realized his real enemies were too close to him.

@betterment u ar right my brother. Jonathan has abandoned those who stood by him, even when it was obvious that has lost all the state in the north. he now want to rubbish us here in the east simple because we supported him.
Re: April Polls: President Jonathan Should Not Abandon PDP Governors By Obinna by Gbawe: 5:37pm On Apr 09, 2015
Below is the koko of the matter. How many times have some of us repeated it that the PDP, because it is full of unprincipled mercenaries, would fall like a pack of cards when robbed of the Presidency and power at the centre? The PDP is all but dead and those who want to challenge the APC would be better off empowering and supporting KOWA Party. Jonathan is an accidental President who was and will always be about his own interest.

Imagine a whole General (GEJ) hiding away while his men are dying in the field simply because he values retiring to Otuoke to spend his loot more than the future and survival of the Party that gave him a chance to go much further than he ever planned in life. This is someone who would have been happy been a local government chairman. That, or lower, is probably his level. Jonathan's actions since losing the election just shows how far above his station he was as a President. I must admit I am enjoying watching this show of crude self-preservation from GEJ. Absolutely comical.

It shows that PDP is just an assemblage of charlatans and fair weather men who cannot stand for anything when the chips are down,

Jonathan started the downfall of his party the PDP by himself. He surrounded himself with praise singers, thieves and sycophants. He allowed corruption to flow in his govt. He never allowed primaries to be conducted whereas APC conducted democratic presidential primaries that saw Buhari emerged as the winner. Jonathan's greediness sent many PDP members defecting to other parties like the APC.
How can he assist his governors to win the governorship election when he was responsible for the fall of his party? GEJ is not a politician but a thieving classroom teacher where he belongs
