As stated, His 8-year tenure expired. There are much more pressing issues for Buhari than changing NECO's Registrar.

Why is Jonathan still making appointments?

I want to commend Dr. Jonathan for empowering his people(SS and SE) in his 5yrs in office... I quickly went to check the man's state of origin and I wasn't disappointed.... From CBN to Finance to Petroleum to..... Thank God its over! We shall now appoint base or merit, competence or we vote against you

Gone are the yrs when appointments are made without scrutiny. Buhari will revoke the appointment until the man declares his assets. Jonathan is fond of appointing thieves into public offices so as to be making returns to him. We have successfully voted him out of office as president
