Popular Nigerian Pastor and the General Overseer of Christ Embassy Chris Oyakhilome was pictured in South Africa alongside some of his Pastors undergoing a fitness programme.

Exercise as we all know is one of the surest ways of keeping fit and looking younger.It should be recalled that the Pastor was recently hit by a divorce after his wife Anita reportedly sued him to court.May be the exercise may be one of the ways of handling post-traumatic stress syndrome which can occur in divorce.
