Without Pvcs, Don’t Go Near Polling Units, INEC Warns Voters by argon500: 3:23pm On Apr 10, 2015
The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, in Plateau State has warned those without the Permanent Voters Cards, PVCs to stay away from polling units during tomorrow’s elections.
INEC reiterated that only those in possession of their PVCs would be allowed into polling units even as card readers would be deployed for the April 11, 2015 elections.
In a statement signed by the Head, Voter Education and Publicity, Osaretin Imahiyereobo, the commission said that it had taken adequate measures to ensure that the card readers do not pose any challenge during the exercise.
According to him, “The Commission has reviewed the operation of the card readers in the March, 28th elections, identified the challenges and has taken adequate measures to address them.
“Card readers are to be deployed for the April, 11 Governorship and State House of Assembly elections in the State.”
He assured that if the card readers malfunctioned and cannot be replaced within a specific period, voting will continue the next day.

Please I advocate that INEC Staffs working in various PUs should quickly switch to Manual accreditation/Voting If the Auto accreditation/anything Fails......Coz that was what reduced so many Votes in the just concluded Presidential election 3 weeks ago.......Some Parties Need to just win this Election oooo....No dull moment abeg

Me I sha know without Ibos, Lagos will not develop. Look at the important fields of interest they are well known for.

Prostitution, selling of fake video game discs, fake cds and dvds, fake drugs, peddling of hard drugs, piracy, selling of gala on the highway, selling of okrika clothing items, selling fake vehicle spare parts, importing substandard china goods, importing and exporting aba made clones etc.

This activities are very vital to the economical success of Lagos.

We cannot do without them grin

They are very vital to us grin . Pls oba Akiolu, don't kill them for us. We also love their girls with their flat bald heads, moustache, yam legs, and hairy limbs grin

YEYE JEGA IS SMELLING. DID HE NOT SHIFT THE GOAL POST DURING 28 MARCH ELECTION WHEN HE ORDERED DISCONTINUATION OF CARD READER BY 3PM. A TOME LOTS OF PEOPLE HAD LEFT VOTING CENTERS DUE TO MALFUNCTIONING OF CARD READERS ESPECIALLY IN D SOUTH WHILE IN THE NORTH VOTING CONTINUED TILL FOLLOWING DAY. WHAT IS IT THAT IS GOOD ABOUT THE CARD READER IF NOT TO HELP JEGA FACILITATE RINGING FOR APC. JEGA SHOULD SHUT UP BEC PROSPERITY WILL JUDGE HIM
