A bungalow in Ajah of all places....an area where the inner streets are untarred and get flooded at the slightest bit of rain. That is where you are offering a BUNGALOW for sale at 30 million!! shocked shocked shocked Osanobua! Chukwu biko! Oghene! Tamuno!

Bros, most bungalows in that area go for 11million to 15 million if they are brand new. Older bungalows cost about 6 million to 8 million.

I feel he is an agent with no idea of what property are going for and feels he can make a kill.
Even the 12-15m u quoted is generous because the middle class that can buy such properties are finding things tough in nigeria presently and Ajah itself is a discouraging factor on its own.
Op I don't wish u bad o,but if u get a buyer for your 3BR bungalow at Ajah at N12m within a year,please grab it with bith hands and take d buyer out for a drink.

Don't mind him. With 30 million, you can get a terraced duplex in Ikota, Agungi, and Mega Chicken side before you even reach Chevron, in areas that are less likely to get flooded than Thomas Estate.

Be fair na. Even those tiny semi-detached bungalows in Abraham Adesanya are above 15m. Agreed that 30m is a stretch but it's not as low as 15m. How much is land in Thomas Estate, even those remote water logged areas?
