AN Ijaw leader, Captain Beck Hitler, has
congratulated the governor-elect, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa
and his deputy, Mr Kingsley Otuaro, for their
resounding victory at the last Saturday’s
governorship election in Delta State.
Hitler, a prominent chief from Gbaramatu Kingdom,
Delta State, in a congratulatory statement, Monday in
Warri, said: “The people of Delta State have made the
right choice to have voted for Okowa and Otuaro,
who have the experience and capability to transform
the state.”
He also thanked the people of the state for being
peaceful before, during and after the elections,
adding that the majority of Deltans have spoken.
