Job Title: Junior Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Description
1. Responsible for organizing and scheduling interviews and technical tests of candidates. Assist in conducting pre- selection interviews for eligibility for a smooth final selection by Line Managers with regards to entry and mid-level candidates.
2. In charge of monitoring and maintaining the training calendar and in carrying out the administrative arrangements in connection with internal & external training activities; Ensuring that training evaluations are in place when due.
3. Assists with the administration of various HR activities and processes such performance appraisal and employee development programs.
4. Responsible for effectively recording, maintaining, and reporting Company Assets.
5. Responsible for maintaining and accurately updating the Employee Leave Database and ensuring that Leave Application Forms are approved by Line Managers and are submitted by employees in a timely manner.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite and the internet.
Should be a good communicator where both written and verbal communication skills are key.
Must have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable handling confidential documents and information.
Should have good reporting skills.
Should have good customer service and interpersonal skills.
Must be tactful.
Discretion, good judgment, organizational and management ability, and the ability to work independently.

Qualification:
B.Sc./HND with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Consideration will also be given to fresh graduates with good academic standing and/or educational background.
Must have completed the mandatory 1year NYSC
