You have a friend who is 35yrs, a graduate with a 2:1 in engineering but no job. Whenever there is an opening, he is often disqualified due to age disadvantage thereby reducing his chances since most jobs are for those in their 20s. Your friend cannot reduce his age because its against his faith, but he despirately needs a job as he has a family to take care of. What will be your advise to him?

I will advice him in the mean time to find other jobs at least for survival. He could also exploit the opportunity of traveling abroad for a graduate program with fundingpreferably on a country where the wife can workand he can stay back after school.
