Do you know how many courses at different levels the lecturers handle? Not to talk of assessment, marking and grading.

True lol. But on a serious note, teachers face more challenges than we think. You guys would say, "Isn't teaching just teach, then grade?" It's a lot more than that, especially in a western world teaching framework. Teachers plan ahead for tight schedules, follow due instructions, write journals, research on the subject area to be up-to-date with changing topics in it, assess each student improvement in a given subject, attend conference, set out handouts, lectures and serve as therapist for depressed students. That seems to me a load of works and requires considerable time management skills, which of course most of us lack.

But since the teacher too has passed tru that process. then the student got no choice.

But when you reason it well... its actually true! Imagine expecting a student to read and understand 9 - 11 Courses Cover to Cover!

I'm doing 13 courses dis semester.
What I dont understand is why a lecturer will draw abt 15 long pathways frm his NOTEBOOK in class and expect me to memorize it and draw it in d exam within few months while he who has been teaching it for yrs couldnt memorize it.
