[b]Mourinho threw his support behind under fire Manchester City Manager, Manuel Pellegrini. Reports show that the Chilean Manager will lose his job at the end of the season. Pellegrini might not keep his job at the end of the season because Manchester City trails the runaway league leaders Chelsea with 12 points after the 4-2 drubbing by Mancheater United.

Jurgen Klopp, coach of Borrussia Dortmund revealed he will leave at the end of the 2014-2015 Bundesliga campaign. Klopp's revelation intensified Pellegrini's departure rumours with reports suggesting Jurgen Klopp might replace the present Manchester City Manager.

Mourinho leapt to defend Pellegrini, reminding people of Manuel Pellegrini's impressive campaign last season in the Premier League. Mourinho accused the media of not showing respect to Pellegrini and his players.

"Every game is difficult. What I'm surprised about is that a team that won two titles in three years, a team that are still champions and won two trophies last season, you [the media] can bring this team to hell," Mourinho said.

"It looks like they don't deserve respect, that they are bad players, that the manager is a bad manager, that they are a disaster. And they are the champions. I don't understand.

"So how can you be so negative with a team that's won two titles in three years? OK, they won't win this title this year, but they did last year.

"Some clubs and managers cannot win and life goes on, but the guys at Man City - it looks like they're criminals because they don't win the league."

Manchester City have themselves to blame this season. The media most time build a team when they are doing well and tears them down when they are not doing well. Manchester City are not doing well, so the media will tear them down.

Manchester City top figures quickly fired Mancini when he was not doing well, despite him finishing second in the English Premier League and second in the FA Cup. The media did not hesitate to tear down Mancini despite Mancini winning the League the season before and the FA Cup the season before his English Premier League triumph.

Manchester City is not doing well because the players refused to stand up to the challenges that come with being champions of the English Premier League. The players might be talented but as long as they are not ready to work hard for the team's success, then the media have every right to tear them down.

Manuel Pellegrini should not leave. His tactics and formations are not the reason of Manchester City's failure. The players refused to rise up and play for him. There should be departures at Manchester City but it should not be Manuel Pellegrini.

Refreshing our attack with some young ambitious strikers will bring us back. We created chances but we did not score like last season. So I think your assumption is wrong.
