Barely a year after Nokia had sold it's smartphone division to Microsoft, it plans to re-enter the smartphone market again in 2016 via its subsidiary - Nokia Technologies. Nokia Technologies is behind the recently released Nokia N1 Tablet. Recently, the Finnish OEM acquired Alcatel-Lucent. Can Nokia still offer anything?
