Whether you like it or not the real estate business is one business that will always be a money
maker for people. Think of people like Donald Trump, Robert Kiyosaki, Robert Allen you
think of real estate.
The real estate business is very profit yielding and yet many MANY Nigerians are not aware

your account and you don't have assets like real estate you are a VERY poor man. Your ability

In 1998, a plot of land could be bought for N60,000 or even less in Ojodu Berger[a place
in Lagos] But right now the minimum you can buy a plot of land in Ojodu berger is N2 million.
Which means if you had invested N1 million you would be able to buy up to 16 plots of
land, so if you decide to sell those all the plots today that would be a total of N32,000,000[
YES 32 MILLION NAIRA]. So take out your cost and you would be N31 million richer in less
than 10 years without doing anything only by playing smart. H mm, 
What would your financial life in 5 years from now be like?

In the year 2000 those who bought a plot of land at Victoria Garden City, bought it within the
range of N1.3 million. Today as i am talking to you that same plot of land is selling for N80
million.
Yes it appreciated from N1.3 million to N80 million in less than 8 years!!!
Imagine if you have bought just 10 of such plots, by now you would have been rubbing
shoulders with people like Mike Adenuga and Co.
Once again,What would your financial life in 5 years from now be like?

[1]Buy And Sell Straight: The first method i want to quickly explain here is for those who
have money with them. The real estate business is growing fast. It is the right time to buy. And
you make money profits the same year. In October 2007 a plot of land was sold for N360,000
in Mowe But as at May 2008 that same plot of land was sold for N800,000.
So you would have made at least N400,000 profits in less than a year, just by buying and
selling. Keeping your money in the bank will not make you rich!. Bill Gate is worth $56
trillion, that does not mean he has $56 trillion in his bank account! Do you understand what i
mean?
At the beginning of 2008 some plots of land in Ofada at the express way were selling for
N500,000 but as at December of the same year, they moved to N1 million. That is over
N500,000 increase in less than 1 year!.
So if you have money is time to buy. I just got news that some plots of land are selling for
N1.5 million in Abuja! And i can bet you that before the end of this year those plots could start
selling for N3 million.

You can make money on it and as well owe your own land.
With the above brief explanation on current research,you will believe me that something more than what you espect is loaded your way concerning this stuff.
