there were enough dodgy naija folks acting like housing agents. they have enough fake documents in store to buy a house on mortgage. there were even 120% mortgage deals then. you pay nothing to buy a house & get 20% extra to furnish it before the monthly repayments.

when the recession struck in 2008 circa, most of them were taken back from the naija folks. a lot of them had nothing less than 5 houses. so painting the club red was the norm then.

she didn't commit a violent crime. nobody was really hurt. the banks must have returned the money back to the cards she stole from. i think letting her do community service was the right decision.

the only snag here is her criminal history.
this is her 3rd time of committing the same crime. she should have gone to jail this time around as this isn't her first time. the system is good but they haven't applied it appropriately.

she shoulda have gotten community service when she went to jail & she should have been sent to jail this time instead of community service. anyway, na your area she go do her community service. watch out for her o!
