I work with meridian hospitals. One of the best private hospitals in PH. Work conditions and benefits relatively OK.

Package? As in salary? Can't really speak on that? All I can say is, ur cousin's qualifications n bargaining prowess would come in handy( if she can sell herself well) As regards appointment letters, YES, they always are issued.
