The issue to landlord and tenant in this Lagos state need urgent attention by the Lagos state government to enforce law on them and also for them to take good care of their environment especially there toilet.
Firstly, the land lord demand huge amount of money from the tenant yet they don’t provide a good rest room for them and some of these houses in the rural area are not conducive for the tenant and most of them don’t have a choice then to comply since they don’t have enough and with the little they have they want to stick to it.
Please our government our people need your co-operation and your support over the issue of landlord and some of these house need to be neat and descent.
