Im an aspiring blogger but ive cme to realize that blogging through a mobile phone is hectic, i have decided to acquire a laptop.
But d problem is that i do not know how much getting one costs. Looking at my budget, ill opt for the 2nd hand ones but it must av webcam nd it must b a windows 7 version...

Can anyone help...? nd ill prefer HP Models
