In Ibadan daily rate for most experienced artisans is N3,500 and an assistant is N2,500.

One day job for a team of carpenters and a team of bricklayer.

I had spare masonry supplies but had to buy steel rods and wood.

Just an opinion that it doesn't have to be expensive.

I think I was done with less than N30k and the wood can be used on other projects.

Please I need help to know how many iron and sizes I will use to cover my suck away. Cars will be parking on top of it when finished.

I need someone can can do a good borehole in Maya, Ikorodu, the site had been excavated about 10 meters and is close to a canal so the water table should be good.

I would like to start very soon.

Finally started. Got the borehole done on Monday. we got 120 ft hitting water at 70 ft so the reservoir is plenty. Borehole cost N150,000
Borehole cover (security) 5,000 , 1,000 Geepee Tank 26,000

We also commenced the fencing. NL's Adebaxton is in charge of that department. and he has been on ground tackling the terrain. i will post pictures by the end of the week.

BTW the 15mx 15m x6m metal frame with monist roof was quoted at N2.1M insulation and fabrication inclusive.

This building project is still under construction but we thank God we are inching closer.
