just so you know, tecno phantom z also bricks when you do the OTA update sent

im currently searching for a stock rom so i can reverse this process.

would be glad if help is provided.

Try formatting in recovery mode...

Hold the volume up and the power button together until it boots into recovery mode

i'm on the screen to choose which mode to boot, the up volume button does the scroll, but the down volume button refuses to respond as "ok"
