As soon as the rumor got out that a witch has fallen from the sky, lots of people ran to the spot and gathered round an old lady many screaming Insults and some ready to stone her even as others were screaming and asking her to confess. The life of that old lady lies in a tiny thread and if no intervention from an officer of the law some overzealous person might just stone her to death. And you begin to wonder why in a modern Country like Nigeria, with so many educated people, why so much obsession with Witch and witchcraft? In the Western world, that old lady might actually be suffering from Dementia, where she doesn't remember anything or even who she was or how she got to the spot they found her in. You would assume that for all our education, majority of us would know about Dementia and that a lot of old people suffer from it, but once the word Witch is mentioned, even the most educated loose his or her own sense of reasoning and you begin to wonder why? At the very bottom of it all, is poverty which stems from unemployment. Many people blame others for their predicaments rather than blame the government…actually so many sing praises of the same politicians that has kept them in such poverty. Ask yourselves these basic questions, when was the last time you saw a very Rich old Lady being called a Witch?

even the young girl that was slapped in a Church sometime ago for saying “She was a witch for Jesus” she was from a poor background.. So it becomes very clear that only Poor and old people are Witches but when you are extremely Rich you cannot be a witch. Even as you read this story, you have already concluded that the photo here is that of a witch, well look at it carefully again and you will notice the wings is nothing but a Roasted-Chicken! lol… Yes the same Roasted Chicken you love to eat with your fried rice. This is a Complete Photo-Shop created by someone like you, it is not real neither is it the photo of anybody and definitely not a witch. Finally, treat old people Right, treat them with Respect, because you will get Old someday and God forbid somebody calls you a witch and tries to harm you just because you are poor or might be suffering from Dementia.
