ARE WE WAITING FOR BUHARI TO FAIL OR SUCCEED?

When we voted incumbent President Goodluck
Jonathan in April 2011 and was sworn in on 29 May
2011, all Nigerians were with him, wishing him
good luck, optimistic that he and his new government will do well, a breathe of fresh air; he promised heaven and earth to Nigerians.

We all believed then that he could do it.
It was not until about 2 years into his new mandate and tenure that Nigerians realised they had been barking up the wrong tree; had put all their water in a basket, and that Mr Jonathan was not the Real McCoy.

Mr Muhammdu Buhari was only recently elected to replace Mr Jonathan on the back of progressive change, anti-corruption and another sense of optimism for something better.

But some sections of aggrieved Nigerians, who I can only classify as sore losers are already seeing everything wrong with the majority of Nigerians' choice of leader.

Mr Buhari has not even been sworn in and taken over the mantle of power and the enormous and onerous task that lies ahead of him in repairing a badly, and perhaps irretrievably damaged and looted country, (in exactly a month's time) and the knives and sword are already out, and people are already seeing failure.

This is sad. Why don't you wait and see what he will do, not what he's doing now, when he takes over? Why sabotage him now? Why discourage him now? Have you tried to support and cooperate with him yet?

Or are you just lurking in the corner and gleefully awaiting his downfall? And what does that mean to you if Buhari fails? It will not justify or exonerate 16 years of PDP misrule, would it?

God bless Nigeria..

My brother, I taya o. That is the result of campaign of calumny and hatred. the PDP has sown seed of hatred in the mind of GEJ's lover that
1. they don't see anything good in anybody apart from GEJ
2. they classify northerners as wicked and as if they are not Nigerians
3. they see every Muslim as their enemy

The PDP ran their campaign in such away that the tribal hatred was promoted and inflated.

Unfortunately, it is the same people that castigate South Africa for xenophobia.

I really pray that one day, we will return to regional government and weaken Abuja so that each region will look inward and develop according to their pace and resources. Then, losers of election will stop having hatred for winners because by then, both losers and winners will be from the same region. They will be able to resolve their differences within their enclave.

We were blindfolded by the luck attach to Oga Joe's name forgetting that we need Good Governance NOT Luck. This time around, we have done our BEST, we shouted change and voted the people's general but the choice to fail or succeed is exclusively his.

I wish him success and hope he desires it.

The sore losers are best ignored.

Their pain is unimaginable given that they never ever thought that GMB could become president. Their hatred for him is deep-seated and driven by religion and ethnic bigotry.

The saTANist are even doing fasting and praying so that Gmb would fail! You can confirm with one of them that is also known as the " protection seeker". But God pass them! Gmb's government would be a succuss story!
