Requirements are listed below;
1. Collect devices meant for repairs through complaint desk for trouble shooting and repairs
2. Advice Management on product replacement if required
3. Co-ordinate the activities of the repair and service center
4. Repairs of Phones/laptops/desktop system
5. Keep log of returned devices to form the basis for production and management decisions with respect to product line.
6. Testing of product and ensuring that product’ software and hardware are in good state before it is issued out for dealers and end-user’s consumptions – Quality Control.
7. Give advice on IT infrastructure procurement
8. Carry out technical operations with a mindset that the unit is a revenue center.

Qualifications experience:
• College/NCE Tech/
• Good communication/interpersonal skills
• Good maintainance/repair skill
• Good Understanding of mobile phone technology
