It was on the summer of 1968. The civil war was still raging, the biafran army's quest to enter lagos has been stopped at ore,and they retreated. Sola saw her sister bathing by the river, she saw her uncladness and for once without envy,she had longed to be with her sister's boyfriend and the house keeper's son:tonye.
