how urgent do u need it and how serious is this stuff because the specification you are asking is expensive and it has to be ordered, so how can I know we can do business

It is serious, we might be doing business longer than you think,
I just need a reliable supplier with 1 year manufacturer warranty (HP)

The company is moving to a bigger office before the end of the yr. (pending when networking/security/WAN/LANis ready)
soo there is more than laptops to procure. there's Network Printers, Wireless Hubs, CCTV Cameras(hardware/Software)

The Laptops are for new employees who have already resumed and I need it fast, there are also two laptops that need replacement so we are talking possibly 5 laptops when the approval comes in for the other two. right now there is need for three.

The reason why I specified 3 different models is this,
the one with 2GB RAM is for a programmer. (nx7400 /nc8430)
the Pavilion is just a wish list (if the price is right then we would go for it.)

I need it delivered within this week on next week monday (it is long overdue)

If you can do me a quotation listing your prices and costs and delivery schedule. I'd be appreciative.
Please remember that costing is competitive as we shall be talking to the supplier with the most cheapest (as long as service warranty comes with each laptop)

What state are you in? There are many Nigerian shippers in the USA-they charge from $40 to $120 a laptop.
The company I currently use Soverign Cargo in MN charges $4 per pound, so one laptop comes to about $40l.

If your laptop fits the USPS flat rate box-all you pay is about $43 to Nigeria-but customs will likely charge the reciever some money at the Post Office.

EMS is run by all Post Offices worldwide. So USPS runs EMS in the USA.They dont call it EMS here in the US, but when it gets to Nigeria, it is delivered by EMS.
Walk to any Post Office in Maryland and when you choose the Global Express Guranted-it is delivered by USPS.I am not sure if they also deliver Express Mail International. Other options like the flate rate box are not delivered by EMS as far as I know.
