RAM &Memory-Note 5 maybe powered by a 4GB DDR3 RAM. On-board storage variants will include a 32GB, 64GB and 128GB variant too.
If 128GB memory is provided, Samsung may ditch storage expansion slot in the particular variant.

Camera-Samsung will most likely include a 20.7MP OIS rear camera, whose sensor will be made by SONY, which is included in some of the flagship smartphones by other companies. Fast Auto Focus, as seen on the Galaxy Note 4 can be included. Other features like 4K video recording, better low light performance and slow-motion. Front camera will stand at 5MP.
Battery-To power phone for longer time, a 3500mAh battery will be included.
Operating System-Note 5 will run on Android 5.X if it’s released after Google I/O, with Touchwiz UI, which also may get an overhaul.
Waterproof & Dustproof-It will host the same IP67 rating as the Galaxy S5 and the coming Samsung Galaxy S7, protecting phone for 30 minutes upto a depth of 1m. Dustproof capability will protect hardware.
Fingerprint Scanner-It will be most probably included, and placed on Home button, increasing privacy.
Body-Note 5 will be made out of plastic, helping it resist water and dust. Samsung may thin out bezels making phone look and feel more premium.
Wireless Charging-It will support wireless charging, enabling users to charge phone without connecting it to a cabled charger, from a decent distance.
4G Advanced & Dual-Channel Wi-Fi – It will support 4G advanced, for browsing speed upto 100mbps. Also, dual channel Wi-Fi, allowing users to connect two Wi-Fi together will be supported.
It will be the spec-king of the year. Talking about the price, it will carry a tag for around $750 for 32GB and upto $800 for 128GB variant.

There is no confirmation by Samsung. Galaxy Note 5 is likely to be released in month of August or September at IFA 2014.
