Now this 90-year-old pet tortoise had its front legs eaten up by rats during a prolonged hibernation. The worried aged owners feared it would die from not being able to fend for itself. So they turned to their engineer son for help. This is what he came up with. But before you laugh hard, just know that the poor tortoise now moves twice faster.
