The Minister of Finance, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala has said that the fuel scarcity being witnessed in some parts of the country will end soon. Dr Okonjo-Iweala gave the assurance on Monday, May 4, 2015, after a meeting with the Major Oil Marketers Association of Nigeria (MOMAN) in Abuja.
