Below are some of the reasons some brilliant Nigerians may not attend higher education in Nigeria.

1. Lack of Information: some don't know and they will not ask people. They think because they are brilliant admissions will come easily.

2. All-Know: Some brilliant guys believe they know it all, they think there is no information other than the one in their heads. Before they know, it may be too late.

3. Finance: some brilliant guys are very poor that they can not finance their education.

4 Wrong Course: some brilliant guys don't choose the right caurse, you are good at physics does not mean you will be good at engineering.

5. School of Choice: Some brilliant students choose the universities that are very competitive in nature.

6 Timing: Some brilliant students have chosen wrong timing, and by the time they are ready it may be too late

7. Employment Oppurtunity: some brilliant students secure a good job after their secondary education and they could not leave the job to further their education

8. Family Backgrounds: some brilliant students came from family where education is not highly valued
