hi fellow landers, i heard that NYSC monthly allowance will be increase to N29000 with effect from batch A 2009.pls how true is this information ?

use your common sense. nigeria's economy is going through a serious downturn with massive inflation so how is she gonna be able to afford to pay youth corpers that amount of money?
have u ever heard of wage inflation?

which batch A are u refering to? is it d one that has not gone to camp or which one
they ve not started paying anyone 15k
jan allowance has just been paid and it is still N9775
let just keep our fingers crossed and hope they start paying an increased allowance come march when batch starts service

there's nothing like increase in Allowee, it's still the old meager N9,775!

its nowhere in the dailys, if any increase is official, im sure it will be in the dailys, there is talk of an increase in minimum wage, and nysc allowee usually rises with that, av heard millions of figures, until one figure sticks and i see it in a newspaper, our allowee is still 9775, who has gotten for january sef, dem never pay am,
