Why do our Hausa/fulani love their hausa/Fulani neighbours from Chad,Niger,Cameroom etc so much?they love to marry and associate with them

i dont see us southerners loving our neighbours that much tongue

There's nothing wrong with it, they connect with people of their tribe regardless of their nationality or country of origin. This is nothing new though Hausas and fulanis have always been like this.

It's like asking why do our Yoruba/Igbo love their Yoruba/Igbo neighbours so much? Question doesn't make sense.

The same way I would always go for the Yorubas in Benin republic than Hausa/Fulani that are from Nigeria... blood is thicker than the map of Nigeria!
