Im filling out K-1 visa form. My fiance is from Ghana. Its asking for the state and province. As we all know, Ghana doesn't have states but regions and districts. Im confused to which goes where on the spaces provided on the form. Also postal codes? Ghana doesnt have zip codes nor physical mailing address, so when it ask for a mailing address it doesn't give the option for a postal box just a street address, please help!!
