Qualifications:
1) Must have a BS.c or HND in accounting
2) Must have at least 3 years work experience
3) Must have sound knowledge of generally acceptable accounting practices
4) Must have excellent communication skills
5) Must have very good knowledge of the use of Quickbooks accounting package (knowledge other software packages is an advantage)
6) Must be able to do end of year financial report and budget forecasting

2. Project Manager
Qualifications:
1) Must be a graduate of architecture or civil engineering
2) Must have at least 2 yrs project management experience
3) Must be good with archicad and especially 3D studio max
4) Must have good team building and leadership skills
5) Must have exoerience in budgeting and financial forecasting
6) Must have excellent communication skills
7) Must have good time management skills

3) Project Officers:
Qualifications:
1) Must be a graduate from a reputable institution
2) Must have experience in the use on 3D studio max
3) Must have good time management skills
4) Must have good communication skills
5) Must have good presentation skills

4) Personal Assistant to the director
Qualifications:
1) Must be a graduate
2) Must have good communication skills
3) Must know how to use MS Office especially word and excel
4) Must have good phone manners
5) Must be courteous but firm
6) Must have good organizational skills
7) Must posses a friendly demenour

5) Graphic Artists
Qualifications:
1) Must have good educational qualifications
2) Must have good presentation skills
3) Must have relevant work experience
4) Must have extensive knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and corel draw
5) Agency background is an advantage

6) Copywriter:
Qualifications:
1) Must have a good first degree
2) Minimum of 1 year in a similar position
3) Good presentation skills
4) Excellent communication skills
5) Must be a good team player
6) must have excellent organizational skills
7) Must be CREATIVE
