You've got two options-upgrade your firmware(highly recommended) or connect your phone to maploader and pray that it reinstalls the original version.
Try deleting the cities folder and .qf file located on your memory card before installing the 5mb maps.

Bone these cr@cked files and use maploader to update your maps.they are very selective in the phone they work with.
