anonimi: Anyhow whichway, coping with stigma of adoption is better than this. Anyway, you have got a point. Considering the kinda society we live in, our people start to bring up silly stories. I think adoption with relocation is not a bad idea. 1 Like 1 Share |

I still don't get her husband's side of the story! Your wife told you she was going to PH to 'give birth', and you bade her farewell? Pls, when did pregnancy become a hidden agenda? @ 5-7 months, a pregnancy becomes very obvious.. He should be arrested... He is full aware of everything, from start to finish.. femi4: He can't be in the dark, even if they lived in separate states/cities, a picture or two would show a bulging tummy.. |

femi4:I may not have been pregnant but there is a huge difference between a normal tummy with that of a pregnant woman . I refuse to accept that. It may not be 'huge' but there must be a difference, no matter how small.. Body size differ but there must be a visible change (signs of pregnancy sef).. How then where her neighbors able to suspect her? You can't hide pregnancy, especially, a matured one. She should face the LAW, plus her deceptive husband. |

stanley10122: I think the government needs to review the process of adoption and make it easier for people to adopt. I can say that desperation led to this, a lot of women who have naturally passed the child bearing age usually get desperate. Sometimes due to the long process in adoption you see children already grown to maturity in motherless babies homes and no one would like to adopt a child who is already 6 to 8 years old. Go to motherless babies home you'll see a lot of children who should had been adopted. I just think something need to be reviewed and kind of reduce the bottle neck in adoption, this will reduce the crime drastically. People need heirs to their name and property it's fair if they are given a chance to have someone carry on their name and take charge from them. 2 Likes |

BeeBeeOoh: The pursuit of good intentions may backfire if not gone about the proper way; and the likely proper way in the case is "adoption". |

My sixth sense tells me the couple wanted to use the infants for ritual purposes in having their own babies. Legalised adoption will ensure relevant authority will monitor the growth of the adopted child, while the parents will be responsible for what happens negatively to the adopted child. But through this jungle means,no body will question them once they succeed. . |
