For that new business you are starting up... Do you really need ten people? Or will two or three be OK for now... Do you really need 4 Million Naira? Or will 40,000 (or even 4,000) be OK to start... Do you really need an office space in Lekki? Or can you share office space (or use a hub) or work from home even... Do you really need to buy Billboard space? Or are there other ways to get noticed.... Do you really need an accountant? Or can you use Quicken or even a simple notebook and do it yourself... Do you really need to rent a store space? Or can you sell your goods on Konga and other online outlets... There's nothing wrong with been frugal. That's what it means to be a lean startup. Great companies have humble beginnings.
