Sony has officially unveiled a mid-range android phablet named Xperia C4. The Xperia C4 is named after its successor – Xperia C3. The Xperia C4 comes in two variants; Xperia C4 dual SIM & Xperia C4 (single SIM). Both the Xperia C4 and the Xperia C4 dual SIM features same specifications and design. This device is specifically build for selfie lovers because of its 5-megapixel front camera featuring a soft LED flash and a 25 mm wide-angle lens with an 80-degree field of view. So you’ll fit in even more of the view, and even more friends in the shot.

The Xperia C4 back camera still remains, 13MP as seen in its successor with autofocus rear camera, LED flash and red-eye reduction. The back camera also features Geo-tagging, touch focus, face/smile detection, panorama and HDR.

The Xperia C4 might have a large display, but it’s a surprisingly light weight and portable smartphone that fits in anywhere. Colour options include black, white and standout mint. The Xperia C4 is really the smartphone to be seen with. It measures a dimensions of 150.3 x 77.4 x 7.9 mm (5.92 x 3.05 x 0.31 in) and weigh 147 g (5.19 oz).

The Xperia C4 features a large 5.5” full IPS HD display with 1080×1920 pixels (401 ppi pixel density) resolution which boasts the latest Sony TV technologies optimized for mobile. The Mobile BRAVIA® Engine 2 that is seen on the Xperia C4 gives you enhanced sharpness and contrast for immersive viewing.

The Xperia C4 run on the latest Android OS 5.0 (Lollipop) and powered by an Octa-core 1.7 GHz Cortex-A53 processor, Mediatek MT6752 chipset coupled with Mali-T760MP2 GPU and 2GB of RAM, all which gives you maximum performance which enhance running of multiple apps, surfing the web and stream beautifully videos without lagging and also gives you speed without draining your battery. The processor is asynchronous, which means each core is powered up and down independently. So you get the precise amount of power when you need it, without wasting power when you don’t.

It has an inbuilt storage of 16GB which can also be expanded via microSD card up to 128GB. Sony claims to have crafted the Xperia C4 to be as efficient as possible in every detail, and then teamed it with a battery that’s incredibly powerful. The result is an Android™ smartphone that delivers exceptionally long battery life.
