As an HND holder u get admitted into 300level in all federal universities (dt I know of) N.D holder will be admitted into 200level.
One of dia requirements is to have a minimum of upper credit (federal universities)plus ur other results I.e o.level etc

I heard about dat too,i finished with an upper credit 4rm yabatech,but I don't wish to start 4rm 300 level in a nigerian university. Have u ever heard abt unisa(university of south Africa) u cld run a 1yr program wif dem and earn a btech,d novelty of it, is dat,u don't need to travel 2 south Africa. Or better still u cld learn programming,how many university graduates have a job presently. In Nigeria 2day ,u need a skill,though paper qualifications could be advantageous,but our present Nigeria creates opportunities 4 pple wit skill sets. My one cent

In Uniben Engineering faculty, you must have upper credit and above in both your ND and HND before they would admit you. if you have lower credit in ur ND and upper credit or distinction in your HND they wld admit you into 200L.while other faculty admit both ND and HND with a minimum of Upper credit above into 200l. In Unilag you must have distinctions in both your ND and HND.

Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike admit HND upper credit in to 300level

Thanks everyone for your contributions so far but I would need more information. I had a distinction in my OND (3.53) and upper credit in HND (3.48). Would like to know if I can be admitted into 300L in any Federal University. Tnx

Yes you can enter Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria into 300L we call it special admission is only ABU that are doing this for HND older.

Unilag accepts HND holders into 300level, but its limited to faculty of Engineering and Environmental Sciences only

Please be guided very well before you apply for DE, all the federal universities in the south admit HND holders into 100 level and 200 level respectively and non admit HND holders into 300 level except some few specialise unis like Michael okpara uni of agric and funaab. UNN admits all HND and ND students into 100 level some faculties like education, agric, art and departments like marketing, banking and management admits Hnd into 200 level in some cases
