The Governing Council and management of the Lagos State University has announced the reopening of the University for Academic and Administrative activities from Monday 18.

In a statement released on the university's website, the management of the institution enjoined all staff and students to go about their normal activities in an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. The management further hope that all outstanding issues will be resolved in due course. Governor Fashola's adviser on Education had during the week assured of the reopening of thu University within one week.
