Some insist that once a dog eats chocolate, it is an automatic death sentence for the pet. Some others believe it is just a myth as they have watched their dogs consume chocolate and nothing happened. I read that chocolate is highly toxic but I also read it isn't essentially toxic to dogs.
I don't know which to believe so I am simply asking, is chocolate poisonous to dogs or not?
